Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Also, a reshipping charge will be applied to all replacements.

Please provide a brief written statement mentioning the reason for the return and your account details. The product must be in its original condition and box. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your return costs. Our money-back guarantee applies to both our individual customers and our commercial customers. A 20% restocking fee applies to all personalized crystals.

In the event you want to return, replace your crystal or if your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours at Customerservice@3duniversal.net in order to receive a Return Authorization Number. This unique number must be clearly visible on your return-shipping label. Merchandise returned without receiving a RA number will be refused and/or sent back to the sender.

When an item is returned all packaging including packing & instructions must be included along with a copy of your confirmation/receipt.

The cost to ship a return back to 3DUniversal.net is your responsibility. Merchandise returned is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
